1 Introduction & Definitions

777winbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated to serve users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the platform and its members.

2 Account Registration

• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account login credentials confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or rented to another person.

3 Age & Eligibility

Under 777winbd's Terms & Conditions, the platform is strictly for adults. An account cannot be created or used unless the following conditions are met:

• Minimum age 18 years must be.
• Must be a resident of Bangladesh and legally eligible to use the platform.
• Citizens of countries where online betting is legally prohibited are not eligible to register an account.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at 777winbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support within 30 minutes.
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Deposits using a third party's number or account are not permitted.
• 777winbd reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transaction pending investigation.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Under 777winbd's Terms & Conditions, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must first be met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests made on the same day may be processed together.
• If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may remain under investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members on their first deposit.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, 777winbd's decision is final.
• A maximum bet limit is set for each event and is displayed within each market.
• Placing conflicting bets on the same event ("arbing") is strictly prohibited.
• Delays may occur in live betting. Exploiting such delays to place bets will be considered fraudulent activity.

For multi-bets or parlay bets, all legs must win to receive a payout. If one leg is voided, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 777winbd's Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.
• Attempting to complete KYC using forged documents or false information.
• Using 777winbd for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.

9 Responsible Betting

11 Account Closure

• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, but bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms

777winbd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:
